Can I visit or audit the factories?
Factory visits can be discussed for substantial orders, and independent third-party inspection before shipment is available on request. Tell us your requirement and we will arrange what your procurement process needs.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed per deal and confirmed in writing before any commitment. We do not publish universal payment terms because they vary by lot size and destination; ask us on WhatsApp and we will state terms clearly for your requirement.
Which export documents do you provide?
Standard export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading or airway bill. Additional documents (inspection certificates, fumigation where required) are arranged per destination requirements.
